Please be assured, the safety and wellbeing of our customers and their families and friends is our priority as Breakwater Marina continues as an essential business. It's really important for us to be able keep delivering key services to our boat owners and community residents during these changing times.
If you have any questions about your upcoming stay and how Breakwater Marina has adjusted their policies inline with COVID19 Restrictions, please feel free to email or speak to our Marina Manager.
Depending on current COVID19 restrictions, we may ask you to complete a Questionnaire before we can accept and confirm your booking. For a copy of our Safety Policies regarding COVID19, please contact our Marina Office.
We may also ask customers to practice Social Distancing on arrival to the Marina office.
HEALTH AND SAFETY POLICY STATEMENT
Breakwater Marina and our employees recognise that the health and safety of all workers and visitors is of the utmost importance and vital to its success. As such we have a primary duty of care to ensure the health and safety of all persons at the workplace. We aim to continuously improve health and safety in the workplace through effective management systems, consultation and increased health and safety awareness of management and workers.

Breakwater strives to ensure that its facilities and services are accessible to people with disabilities.
Breakwater Marina is committed to providing equal access and inclusion for all visitors, regardless of disability. We recognize that people with disabilities may have different needs and we strive to provide a comfortable, safe, and inclusive environment.
To that end, Breakwater Marina has developed their Accessibility & Inclusion standards to outline our commitment and our efforts to ensure that our services and facilities are accessible to everyone. Our Accessibility & Inclusion statement includes information on how we provide reasonable accommodations and services to meet the needs of people with disabilities. We also provide information on how to request reasonable accommodations or services.
- Onsite Facilities: we have a dedicated Disabled Toilet/Shower Facility which can be accessed with a private assigned key from the Marina Office.
- We have graded ramps are located to access the Marina Office and the Pier Gatehouses doorways and Pier Walkways are to Australian Standard widths.
- All Marina staff, students, visitors and contractors are expected to treat people with disabilities with respect. If, however, an individual feels they have been discriminated against or harassed on the grounds of disability, they are encouraged to report the incident to the Marina Office.
