Breakwater Marina Complaint Lodgement Form
If you have an issue or concern about the services, decisions or actions of our Marina, we would like to hear about it. Marina Management is committed to a complaints management process which ensures the effective, transparent and timely resolution of complaints. Your comments provide us with valuable feedback to allow for continuous customer service improvement.
If you are dissatisfied about the service delivery, services, decisions or actions of any Breakwater Marina staff; or a representative of Breakwater Pacific Pty Ltd; and would like to lodge a complaint, simply fill out this form and send it to the Breakwater Marina Manager. If you prefer, you can ring on 07 4721 2233 and speak with a Guest Services Representative, or visit our Marina Office to lodge this form. Complaints are to be made in writing first before requesting a meeting with the Marina Manager.
Note: Any Complaints regarding the Marina Precinct, Body Corporate, adjacent parklands, waterways or property need to be lodged through the relevant responsible agencies. Refer to the Breakwater Marina Complaints Policy (Point 12) for a list of contact details where relevant.
