Garbage & Recycling

We have a dedicated waste compound adjacent to our Amenities Building which includes various recycling bins for glass, aluminium or cardboard, and a popular "Free-cycling" area for the community to share items.

Electricity & Water

All Breakwater Marina berths are provided with single phase electrical connections up to 15amps included in the berth fee, and 32 or 63amp 3-phase metered power outlets available at selected berths. 

Fresh potable water is available to all Breakwater Marina berths.

Refuelling, Gas & Ice

Unleaded & diesel fuel is available from our Fuel Wharf onsite. We recommend you contact Marina staff on VHF10 prior to docking on the fuel wharf so staff are present to assist you. Gas and Ice are also available from the Marina supervisor attending the fuel wharf.

Amenities

Modern Marina amenities are located at the top of Pier E and are accessed by using your Marina access key. This area has Male and Female Bathrooms, Laundry, Free Wifi, a communal Herb garden and BBQ Area.

Laundry

We have modern coin operated washing machines and dryers with 24-hour access with your Marina key.

Parking

Marina carparking is available for Marina tenants that have a current mooring agreement including casual passes for parking whilst you are staying with us shorter term.  More information regarding the precinct parking can be found here.

Security

We are committed to providing a safe and secure marine environment for all users.  We have secure locked access gatehouses, a network of 21 CCTV cameras throughout the Marina with nightly Security Patrols visiting our precinct as well.

 Dinghy Berthing & Access to the Marina

Dinghy Berthing is available if you choose to pull up in the "Duckpond" swing basin out the front of the Marina.  To visit the Marina and use a selection of our private facilities, we request you register your dinghy on arrival.  We permit dinghy berthing inside the Loading Dock adjacent to the Fuel Wharf.  Use of the Loading Wharf/Fuel Wharf is under prior approval from management and daily/weekly rates apply for vessels.  Key access to the Loading Wharf is required for returning to your dinghy afterhours.
