Marina Check-in and Check-out
Prior to your Arrival
Contact the Administration Office as soon as you are aware of your expected date of arrival to ensure a berth is available.
Important information we need is:
- The name of your vessel
- Length overall
- Maximum beam and Draft
- Name and contact details of the owner and captain of the vessel
- Expected time of arrival and departure
- Confirmation of your booking 48 hours prior to arrival will allow us to confirm your berth allocation
Vessels coming from International waters will need to contact Australian Customs and Australian Quarantine Inspection Services to notify of your arrival. Vessels clearing customs are advised to proceed to the Fuel Wharf ONLY when the authorities arrive onsite and remain on board until clearance is issued by these authorities. Refer to Customs and Quarantine page for more information.
Upon Arrival
Secure your vessel at the Fuel Wharf and make your way to the Administration Office where Marina staff will assist you with the check-in procedures and provide you with information regarding available services.
If arriving after hours, proceed to your nominated berth as advised by Marina Staff.
Check-out
Check-out time from Breakwater Marina is 10.00 am.
Prior to your Departure
- Return all access keys during office hours to the Administration Office. After hours key return to be issued to the Marina Supervisor at the Fuel wharf.
- Ensure any plugs, keys, electrical adaptors or any other item borrowed are returned prior to departure.
- Check all mail has been collected from the Administration Office and ensure mail is redirected if necessary.
- If using 3-phase power, a final meter reading will need to be taken before a final invoice can be generated. Please contact the Administration Office once you have disconnected your power.
- Finalise your account
