We have a list of preferred suppliers to Breakwater Marina for most useful services and resources helpful to cruising boaties. Please feel free to enquire at the Marina Office for any assistance you may need.
Administration Building
Retail outlets include a Marine Chandlery, Boat Broker, and Barber. A public phone and ATM are located in the Chandlery. The Marina office is located in the northern most corner of the upper storey and is open between 8.30am to 5pm Monday to Friday, and 8.30am to 3pm Saturdays.
Refueling
Unleaded and diesel fuel available. Fuel is available 8am to 5pm, 7 days a week.
Gas and Ice
Available from the Marina supervisor attending the fuel wharf.
Electricity
All Breakwater Marina berths are provided with single phase electrical connections up to 15amps included in the berth fee. Three phase power at 32 and 63 amps is available on selected larger berths, its use and consumption is charged individually. Vessels requiring duplicate leads attract a surcharge.
Water
Fresh potable water is available to all Breakwater Marina berths. Please be considerate in your use of this resource.
Garbage & Recycling
We have a dedicated waste compound adjacent to our Amenities Building. We have separately marked industrial bins for general refuse and paper/cardboard products. Similarly, we have the facility to dispose of and recycle bilge water and waste oil, your old batteries, filters and rags.
Discharge of black water and oils into the marine environment is strictly prohibited. Decanting into receptacles and stowing at the end of the Amenities Building is permitted. The Marina has general refuse only bins located behind the northern end of the Administration Building also.
Amenities
Marina amenities are located at the top of Pier E and are accessed by using your Marina access key. This facility incorporates both Male and Female showers and toilets and a laundry. Male and Female toilets and showers are also available at the northern end of the Administration Building.
Laundry
Laundry facilities including coin operated washing machines and dryers are available at the northern end of the Amenities Building.
Parking
A Marina car park is available for Marina tenants. Registration details will need to be supplied to the Marina Office. Unauthorised vehicles parked at the Marina will be removed at the vehicle owner’s expense.
Dinghy Berths
Dinghy berthing is only permitted on the inside of the Loading Dock, closest to the shore. Please contact the Marina Office to confirm your intentions to berth.
